What does the family plan include?

The family plan includes: Keystroke Encryption 4 devices each for 2 adults over the age of 18 Unlimited Dark Web Email Scanning: Scan an unlimited number of email addresses at any time. Credit Monitoring and Score Tracker: for 2 adults over the age of 18 Fully Managed Recovery and Remediation: Eligible family members extends beyond the 2 adults for Fully Managed Recovery. If identity theft has occurred, your dedicated advocate will assist you, your spouse or domestic partner, dependents who have your same permanent address and your parents who have your permanent address or who are registered in a senior assisted living facility, skilled nursing home, hospice, or who have been deceased for twelve months or less. Does CyberIDLock™ provide protection for children?

Yes, CyberIDLock includes EndpointLock™ Keystroke Encryption up to 8 devices for families, 3 devices for individual members, unlimited Dark Web Email Scanning and Fully Managed Recovery for all members of the family. Children under 18 are not eligible for Identity or Credit monitoring service, Score Tracker or the $1,000,000 coverage.
